Contact us

We read every message. Email us at hello@rajputx.com.

To help us help you, please include

• The tool you were using
• Your device and browser, such as "Chrome on an Android phone"
• What you expected, and what happened instead

Please do not email us private documents. We never need your actual files to look into a problem. A description is enough.

Before you write

These answers solve most problems straight away:

• A tool is slow or stops. Large files need a lot of memory. Close other tabs, or try on a computer rather than a phone.
• The tool does not appear. Slimfile needs JavaScript. Update your browser and refresh the page.
• A PDF will not open. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Remove the password in your PDF app first.
• A form still refuses my file. Some websites count sizes differently. Set a target about 5% lower, and check the file type the form asks for.

Privacy requests

For questions about your data, or requests under privacy laws, use the same email address and put "Privacy" in the subject. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
